We take a broader perspective of the operations, which are the backbone of a company and provide a model to realize growth and cost optimization by developing and implementing BPO programs together with our clients for the entire business operations, retail support, supply chain, equipment maintenance services, etc., utilizing manpower and digital technology to the utmost limit.
In this VUCA era, we believe the ‘new normal’ is to turn change into opportunity, through wisdom, agility and adapting flexibility with DX (Digital Transformation), which creates synergy between humans and technology, and OX (Operational Transformation), that brings reform in people and systems through innovative operations.
Over the last half-century, we have focused our effort in the beverage business and operations with the desire to "evolve the beverage industry”. Now, companies are under increased pressure to respond to drastic transition brought by the environment, values of the customers, and the change in time.
